Today the provenance of what we eat and drink has become important.

What better way to know what it is that you are eating and drinking than to make your own?

These traditional skills were once passed down from one generation to the next.

Cider & Smoke is a family buisness that continues this tradition.

We offer a range of courses so that you can learn traditional skills and make high quality artisan food and drink.

We have a range cider making courses that run at different times throughout the year. These courses are schedued to take place at the right time for each part of the cider making process. The courses are aimed at the absolute beginner and those with some experience.

All courses are run at our own purpose built garden cidery in Kent and the apples come from our own three acre cider orchard nearby.

Course Dates:

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, all 2020 courses, visits to our facilities and bookings have been cancelled.
